Salesforce BA-
1. Must have 5+ years of exp as SF ba.
2. Must have exp in working with US clients.
3. Involved in giving a solution to ongoing issues or a new requirement.
4. Documenting processes/requirements - BRD, FRD, User Stories etc. (plus point)
5. User Acceptance testing(UAT)

Salesforce Admin-
1. Must have 5+ years of experience in working as SF Admin.
2. Worked on the configuration part.
3. Creation of profiles, contacts, permission sets,
4. Flow creation (or strong knowledge), SOQL, Security, Approval Processes, Assignment rules, Email template design/alerts, Queues/Groups .
5. Add on knowledge and implementation knowledge for tools like Gong, Calendly, Hive, Medallia, Outreach,

Other Requirements-
1. Very good communication skills.
2. Ready to work in PST hours.
3. Ready for a visit to Jaipur if a client visit or any team requirement is there.
