Senior Opeprations Profile For Third Party Call Centres Process For Mumbai

Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad

ITES / BPO / IT (preferred domain - F&A, BSFI and Customer Service experience while other domains can be looked at) Work Experience: • 9+ years of experience in Process Transformation, Process Automation, Operational Excellence, Quality • 13+ yrs of overall experience (Business Process Management /Outsourcing Experience preferable)
Assigned Role:
Key Skills:
• Six Sigma Master Black Belt/Black Belt with Quality improvement and Lean Deployment background
• Ability to breakdown End to End process to identify automation/improvement opportunities and create automation/transformation roadmap
• Should have delivered large scale end-end Process Transformation projects for global clients
• Well versed with Industry Digital technologies & leading tools, automation, AI and Analytics plus have a proven track record of implementing Digital solutions
• Excellent Communication skills, result-oriented, self-driven person with a high energy level, analytical and structured with extensive experience in managing a high-performance team and delivering large scale Transformation project.
• Experience in shaping of solutions, process diagnostics, blueprinting and are savvy with PowerPoint and Excel
Domain : Good HRO background & Telecom billing Background (Either of them .
• Purely OPERATIONs profile (NOT someone who is supporting the technology industry). Need to come from a 3rd party BPO background.
• Need someone who is supporting the 3rd part clients
• Candidates Should be from the Transition team . NOT looking for people who are supportiing transition from an operations standpoint but Looking for TRANSITION TRANFORMATION folks.
• L5 & 6 : Who have done FTE transition of 500 & above in their career.
• Global third party transition experience is a MUST.
• Target companies : Capgemini, Genpact, TCS, Cognizant, Hewitt (Now Wipro). Maersk etc
• Should be open to Travel (20-30% )

Salary 30 Lac To 40 Lac P.A.
